CHILL ART

Chill Art is a model of group art making - small or whole class- that has been used successfully both in specialist provision and in mainstream to support learning.

It is not Art Therapy yet it can help emotional health and wellbeing. It is a structured, nurturing and mindful approach to art making where pupils have the opportunity to explore their inner life, express themselves and communicate their experience in a safe space.

Invite me to hold a workshop in your setting or express your interest to sign up for a workshop by completing the enquiry form opposite.

"The session was informative and inspirational - I can't wait to apply it. Good resources and a great facilitator - I like that it was 'experiential' and I will use it in nurture group on a weekly basis".

"I love Chill Art because it is fun and it calms me down when I'm in a mood or upset."
