Art therapy has long been recognised as a powerful tool for dealing with psychological issues including trauma, anxiety and depression. It is a powerful way of expressing feelings, some conscious and some unconscious, and can often unlock issues more quickly than ordinary 'talking therapy' or counselling.

 

Some clients have not engaged with art since school and have all but forgotten the freedom that comes with self expression.

 

I offer one-to-one private art therapy sessions as well as group sessions for adults where you can work alongside other people and share thoughts about the process and the work you produce.
