Art therapy is a creative form of psychotherapy and can be used to treat a variety of conditions and challenges. The artmaking space allows you to think about your current and past experiences in a safe, confidential and creative environment.
Sometimes we struggle to put our feelings into words and art-making allows you to be free to express yourself.
Through art, and your relationship with the trained art psychotherapist, you can move through some of your challenges and difficulties and achieve personal awareness and fulfillment.
I offer one-to-one and group sessions.
You do not need to have any experience in art to benefit from art therapy - the process is a mixture of talking and art-making, and you just need to be willing to pick up the materials and have a go.
