Teenagers can feel isolated or confused and could often do with space to express their feelings and explore their identity and life struggles.
Art therapy is often something teenagers can relate to in an almost intuitve way. Sometimes words are just too difficult or not enough. Through the art and the creative process powerful feelings my be shown consciously or unconsciously.
Sessions will be staffed by a qualified art therapist who can help young people think about their artwork and their creative process and help them towards resolving some of their feelings and find a voice.
