Mindful meditation can be particularly useful in facilitating insight and self-awareness. For those wishing to de-stress and connect with who they are, these workshops are for you. I have been a mindfulness practioner for many years and these sessions are for people who wish to learn about mindfulness and its links to creativity.
For the above workshops, no art skills are necessary but a willingness to engage with the
art materials is important.
All sessions held by a fully qualified, registered Art Therapist regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council, and a mindfulness practitioner for over 20 years.
