Monday evening group
These workshops are meant as an introduction to the therapeutic qualities of artmaking. It is for people who wish to make their own art in a non-judgemental group setting and reflect upon the image and the artmaking process. It is also for people who may have mild depression, anxiety and other emotional challenges including bereavement and who wish to explore and process some of their feelings.
There will be a theme or topic to consider each week. You may then choose to make art with this in mind or follow your own ideas. At the end of the artmaking, there will be an opportunity to look at the artwork and reflect upon it and the artmaking process together.
